Unveiling the Power of Spreadsheets on Day 2 of My Internship

Hello! Join me as I take you through the highlights of the second day of my internship, where the focus shifted to the  Microsoft Excel. Our guide for the day was  Sir John Paul Cordez, the PDO II of ILCDB, who shared invaluable insights as part of the Digital Literacy training program.

Day 2: Excel-ing in Digital Literacy Training

The morning started with excitement as we gathered for a session led by Sir John Paul Cordez. With his expertise, he delved into the details of Microsoft Excel, highlighting its importance in the world of digital literacy.

Sir John Paul Cordez kicked off the session by showing us the basics of Microsoft Excel. From navigating the interface to entering data and performing simple calculations, we were guided through the foundational aspects of this microsoft tool. 

The training became hands-on as we were handed 11 tasks, each designed to deepen our understanding of Excel's capabilities. The tasks ranged from formatting cells and creating formulas to utilizing functions like VLOOKUP . Sir John Paul Cordez patiently guided us through each task, offering tips and tricks to enhance our efficiency. The tasks not only honed our Excel skills but also underscored the practical applications of spreadsheets in professional settings. Whether it was organizing data, or creating visually appealing charts, the tasks provided a comprehensive exploration of Excel's functionalities.

As I reflect on the second day of my internship, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to learn from Sir John Paul Cordez.
