Mastering Microsoft Word
Greetings! Week 1 of my internship may have concluded, but the learning journey continues. Day 5 brought an unexpected twist as Engr. Antonio B. Bonganay, the Chief of the Technical Operations Division, introduced a new task utilizing various features of Microsoft Word.
Day 5: Navigating Features of Microsoft Office
The morning began with a task encompassed formatting text and mail merge in Microsoft Word. The first segment of the task focused on enhancing our text formatting skills in Microsoft Word. From creating different types of bullets to mastering hanging indents, the exercise challenged us to apply creative formatting techniques. Engr. Bonganay provided guidance on achieving visually appealing and professional document layouts. The hands-on nature of the task allowed us to experiment with the features discussed. Engr. Bonganay encouraged collaboration among interns, fostering an environment where ideas and solutions flowed freely. The interactive discussions added depth to the learning experience. The day concluded with a Q&A session where Engr. Bonganay addressed queries and shared additional insights into the practical applications of the features covered. His closing remarks emphasized the importance of mastering these tools for effective communication in a professional setting.
Moreover the OIC Regional Director Dir.Rachel Ann P. Grabador visited the office today together with Dir. June Vincent Manuel S. Guadan the OIC, Government Digital Transformation Bureau Department of Information and Communications Technology.
